The faction is also known for possessing the most advanced crafting and engineering knowledge in Aldoria. Their master smiths forge legendary blades, reinforced armour, heavy ballistae, and devastating siege machines capable of levelling enemy fortresses. Many of the strongest weapons and tools in existence were created within Stonehaven’s great forges.
Though highly civilised, Stonehaven is far from peaceful. Political rivalries, ambitious nobles, and military leaders constantly compete for influence beneath the Crown’s rule. Beyond the safety of the walls, hostile creatures, raiders, and rival factions threaten the kingdom’s borders every day. As a result, Stonehaven maintains one of the largest standing armies in Aldoria, trained to defend the realm at any cost.
Unlike the harmony sought by Eldergreen or the savagery embraced elsewhere, Stonehaven believes civilisation itself is humanity’s greatest weapon. They see the wilderness as something to conquer, tame, and control through strength and innovation.
As long as Stonehaven’s banners still fly above the mountains, many believe there remains hope for order in the brutal world of Aldoria.
