Role in the Realm
Beast Masters dedicate themselves to the handling, training and care of Aldoria’s creatures.
They understand that different animals and beasts require different approaches, and experienced Beast Masters may assist settlements in obtaining mounts, working animals, companions and unusual creatures.
Their role extends beyond simply taming beasts. Proper feeding, training, handling and understanding of animal behaviour are all part of their craft.
As their knowledge grows, Beast Masters may become the people others seek when a rare or difficult creature needs to be handled.
Profession System
Each character may have one Main Profession and one Hobby.
The Main Profession is the character’s primary working role and is the profession that can be levelled through progression, quests and tier rewards.
The Hobby is a secondary role chosen for additional roleplay and character flavour. Hobbies do not share the same progression benefits as Main Professions unless specifically stated.
A character may only have one Main Profession and one Hobby at a time.
